Need assistance with an Extended Reading?

 

Hey there! I want you to be able to watch your Extended Reading as soon as possible and understand how frustrating it can be when that isn't possible. With that in mind, please check out the FAQ below about accessing the Extended Reading, as this may provide a quick solution:

Q: How do I access the Extended Reading?

A: After your PayPal payment, simply click "Return to Merchant" or "Back to Merchant." This should take you directly to the Extended Reading. If any issues arise during this process, DON'T WORRY! Within 5-10 minutes of purchase, you will recieve a direct link to the Extended Reading in your email from a third-party called SENDOWL along with your receipt. Remember to check your spam folder just in case.

 

 

Q: What do I do if I accidentally clicked out of the reading or I don't see "Back to Merchant" after I pay?

A: DON'T WORRY :) Again, Within 5-10 minutes of purchase, you will recieve a direct link to the Extended Reading in your email from a third-party called SENDOWL along with your receipt. There's no need to repurchase! Also, this link never expires and you will be able to access it again at any time.
